Bala: Building small things, obsessively well.
I'm Bala. I'm building small, focused software products, and writing about what it takes to turn them into income.
The plan
What I’m working toward.
- 01
Build focused products
Each one solves a single problem well, and is small enough to build.
- 02
Ship them to real customers
Put each product in front of the people it’s for, early, and improve it from what they say.
- 03
Grow sustainable income
Steady, recurring revenue from products I own, rather than a single launch spike.
