v1 of bala.me is live. Two pages, one loupe, no about page.
I'm an indie hacker on day one — no shipped projects to point to. This site is an investment: polished enough to be its own proof, and a place to write down what I learn out loud. Both compound.
The tagline is building small things, obsessively well. Everything on the home page proves it. Drag the loupe. What's under the glass is real — baseline grid, live-measured dimensions, the actual spring curve. Nothing hardcoded, ever.
The log is deliberate, not automatic. Entries when I ship, learn, or fail something; never for the sake of a streak. Each one gets its own URL, syndicated by feed, and posted natively to X — the platform penalizes outbound links, so the bio carries bala.me instead.
Projects section is empty until it isn't. That's the whole ethos.
